What is the return / refund policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. All of our products, unless otherwise stated, are handcrafted to order in Toronto with care and attention to detail.vBecause each plinth is handcrafted to your specifications, we cannot accept returns; however, we stand behind our craftsmanship.
